It provides one of the largest altitude differences for a race track in the world. 5km of this track is used for Formula One. It costs just 19 Euros* a lap and is open to the public. But the secret of Nurburg is that the roads around the Nurburgring are just as exciting as the track itself! Perfectly laid, fantastic bends and amazingly low volumes of traffic. Alpine lined roads twist all through the region. On this tour you will have chance to ride the Nurburgring and also explore some of the very best European roads on offer. Our preferred hotel is on one such stretch of road, even your journey to the hotel is filled with hairpin bends. This idyllic location allows you to ride these roads with confidence. Day one sees you travel by ferry from Dover to Calais. Nurburg is only a day’s ride from here. In passing through France, Belgium and Germany you can experience all three cultures. Arriving at your Hotel on the first night you will already have sampled some of the most magnificent roads in these countries. Day two, three, four and five are free for you to explore. From your hotel in Mayen, Nurburg is only a 10 minute ride away where you will find the Nurburgring. Travel south towards Cochem and you will encounter biker heaven. It’s easy to spend a whole day here riding the magnificient roads. With Luxemborg and Belgium less than 90 miles away why not take a ride out across the border? On day 6 you begin the journey back to Calais through Belgium and France.

Riding distance will not exceed that of the 290 miles travelled on the first day.
Ride out routes are provided in your tour pack to offer a variety of rides including
the Nurbergring, Cochem, Koblenz and Belgium.
Accommodation:
Accommodation in Mayen is on one of the finest roads in Germany. You English speaking
hosts take pride in their hospitality and offer secure parking facilities.
Mayen is just a 15 minute ride from the Nurburgring.
